Please note that when a subscription is canceled, you will no longer be able to update listings from the platform without re-activating a subscription that includes Listing Sync and Distribution. Listings that have been synced will remain with the networks that have accepted the listing. Any pending submissions will be canceled.
Cancelation requests must be received at least 15 days prior to your renewal date to ensure you are not charged.

The listing score is created after you have completed your Business Profile. While the only two required fields are business name and category, the more information you add the better the system will be able to help your business grow.
We recommend completing as much of the business profile as you can. If you need more help, you can reach out to your account manager within the platform.
